Art direction, project management, illustration, and storyboarding for a video course helping workers and owners deal with conflicts within their establishment.

We were very aware of showing diversity but also to show a sensitivity towards which characters were the aggressors. While a difficult subject to broach we were able to portray the situations in a manner that was not cartoonish or outlandish.

A version was created for the restaurant industry as well as the hotel/hospitality industry. The content is similar but each industry has specific scenarios to help illustrate the content. The videos were produced in English and Spanish, and through our website for free without subscription.
