Designer
Working as a designer I bring striking insight to creative and web based projects from the beginning of a project to design and execution. I’m responsible for art direction, brand management and production of marketing materials and digital products across web and mobile devices.
I am a quick thinker, life-long learner, and committed technologist. I am constantly challenging myself, learning new technologies, and staying abreast of current trends.
Other things about me
I’m a life long Chicagoan who also lived in Mexico during my childhood. My culture and history are very important to me.
My undergrad was focused on fine art and painting at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. While I don’t do too much painting anymore being an artist is still very important to me. I support local artists and arts organizations through volunteering. Currently I am a board member for Woman Made Gallery.
When not working on design projects I spend my time with friends, and my family. I am a devoted aunt to a group of nieces and nephews. I doodle a lot, collect art supplies, work on my deck garden, and create different sewing projects trying to drench my house in all things pretty.
In the summer with my dog Duke, we explore all sorts of parks, and forest preserves - still looking for the right one with a perfect loop and not too many people.
