Show Website redesign

Working with in-house developers as well as a consultant, to move over current Show website to new system. The Show site had always been housed within the National restaurant association system but during the 2019 Show cycle the convention was sold to Winsight a publishing and events marketing research company.

While the sale was being finalized the show website and registration had to stay open and functioning but with a deadline in February to move all data, and systems to the new company.

I was responsible for making all updates on the active website but also tracking any content changes for the new website. Timely updates included the award announcements and programming announcements.

Project management for all content and rebuild of websites. Personally coded pages that had special layouts. Coordination with team members for approvals of new layouts. Served as a liaison between the Show team stakeholders and the development team to make sure the redesign met expectations for everyone.

After the launch troubleshooted any final updates and final pieces that needed more work. Continued daily updates and alignment of content as we got closer to the show.
