During my tenure at Becker Professional Education, I played a pivotal role in the development and execution of a highly successful direct mail campaign. Recognizing the need to target potential users facing impending deadlines to complete their continuing education credits, we devised a comprehensive multi-touchpoint strategy. The campaign utilized newly acquired mail lists to precisely target our audience. To maximize engagement and track return on investment, we strategically incorporated compelling promotions and QR codes into each mailing.
As the designer, I took the lead in creating new templates that not only ensured ease of use but also facilitated the duplication of the campaign for future initiatives. This marked the first time Becker Professional Education had ventured into direct mail, and the campaign's effectiveness, combined with the streamlined and scalable design templates, paved the way for continued success and future direct mail endeavors at Becker.
